What is Ketamine?
Ketamine has been used safely as a sedation for surgery and is a well-known and widely used anesthetic. Over the past decade, it’s been discovered as a very promising treatment for severe depression. As the reasoning why it works so well is not yet known, it’s believed to reset the brain restoring neurotransmitter function and improve mood and energy.
Every ketamine IV infusion is small and will not cause you to go to sleep. Each infusion is customized to you as we take your weight, height and the severity of your depression into account. Click here to learn more about ketamine and how it can help you.
